i believe the highly alluring adjudicator is going to break us of our gluttony. The diminutive nature of her balance suggest that Lady Justitia will be dispensing justice in very small measures from behind her blinds. It is very intriguing to see the Chief Justice take on her roaring twenties style for her official duties. That seemed an era of anything goes.
